Who is responsible

Veridex is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. Contact: direct@veridex.nl.

What we collect and why

When you contact us — by form, email or telephone — we process the data you provide: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. We use it solely to assess and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the preparation of a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who sees it

Enquiries are read by the engagement team only. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing. No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is retained for no longer than twelve months, or deleted earlier on request. Engagement records are kept as required by Dutch law.
