Engagements
Veridex performs due diligence and intelligence work only under a written engagement letter that defines scope, fees, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or an agreement.
Independence
Veridex is unaffiliated with any transaction party. Findings are never influenced by deal outcomes, and contingent fees are not accepted.
Confidentiality
Reports and intelligence notes are prepared for the commissioning client alone and may not be published or redistributed without written consent.
Liability and law
Liability is limited to the terms of the applicable engagement letter. These terms and all engagements are governed by Dutch law; disputes fall under the competent courts of the Netherlands.
